IKR. Reminds me as a kid, Mother use to give us 25mg Vitamin C tablets, then bump it up to 50 mg in winter - bless her /lol. (and Similar with 5 mg Zinc tablets - i take a daily dose of 30-45mg. Today, i take 2G daily vitamin C (and 4G in winter).
