Check out a book called The Magnesium Miracle and NEVER take supplemental calcium again.

Titanium dioxide is in all kinds of stuff. Supposedly it's food safe. It's used to color things White.

I guess when it comes to supplements, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for.

That maltodextrin shit is in everything too, fucks up your blood sugar and gut.

Try get some raw milk for calcium and get enough magnesium and vitamin d3

[ - ] Love240 4 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2024 16:10:50 ago (+4/-0)

Most adults in the 1st world do not need calcium supplementation what so ever.

Magnesium, potassium and iodine are the biggest three things most adults are missing (or low on) in their diets.

D3 is just an indicator of the detoxification process, taking D3 is not helpful at all, it actually can be harmful by mobilizing too much calcium into the soft tissues.

You just need sun exposure for D3. Taking it does not do what the body/sun do in order to create it. It's simply a waste to take it.

[ - ] dassar 4 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2024 21:35:06 ago (+4/-0)

Nah, D3 is not just an indicator of the detoxification processes, that is only one thing it does among dozens of other processes.
D3 supplementation is absolutely helpful for those with low levels, esp during wintertime. D3 has a number of proven benefits for body and immune system.
Sun exposure/ D3 is just the most natural and preferrable method.

It's like all the info widely available during the holo-cov regards essential vitamins/ nutrients/ minerals and supplementation never happened and it's back to users again claiming, 'x supplementation is not helpful or simply a waste to take it'.

High doses D3 taken in conjunction with K2 mitigates over-calcification.

[ - ] stonecoldben 3 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2024 16:33:18 ago (+3/-0)

I'm just listing the stuff that helps with calcium in the body. Since it's about calcium supplements. Not the most essential things we are missing in general.

I ain't seen that about D3 being pointless tho, obviously the Sun by far
the most ideal way but during winter months or people who don't get enough in general, I was under the impression it's good to take still. Like a high amount of 20-30k iu a day

Pretty much everyone who gets sick has low vitamin d blood levels.

I got this mostly from Eric berg the Scientologist lol and ken MD berry, so probs ain't all that correct.

[ - ] Love240 2 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2024 16:38:43 ago (+2/-0)

Pretty much everyone who gets sick has low vitamin d blood levels.

Yes, but the process of making D3 in the body is what is actually the detoxification process, so taking it is like trying to trick your body into thinking it had already detoxified, but it hasn't, so you are down regulating that pathway, which makes you feel worse over time if you continue to take it.

D3, or cholecalciferol, is a form of vitamin D that is also used as a rat poison

It's literally rat poison.

These 'scientists' and 'experts' are charlatans and carpet-baggers.

(I do like some of what Dr. Berg says, but he's deadly wrong on D3, unfortunately)

[ - ] stonecoldben 2 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2024 16:45:07 ago (+2/-0)

Yeah man you've gave me another rabbit hole to go looking down for a few nights 😂

These 'scientists' and 'experts' are charlatans and carpet-baggers.

You are not wrong.

[ - ] anon 1980576 0 points 4 monthsDec 24, 2024 00:12:35 ago (+1/-1)

Oh here we go another morley and “doctor” berg lemming.
Dude, your gurus are grifters. One is a shoe salesman, the other a masseur. What a joke.
I’m not saying we should take vitamin d but imagine believing retards on the internet

[ - ] dassar 0 points 4 monthsDec 24, 2024 04:51:16 ago (+1/-1)*

Dude, The Reason why D3 is used in /rat poison is because it causes blood calcium to rise to toxic levels. This in turn leads to kidney damage, bleeding and heart problems in the rodent. It is dose/ rodent body weight specific.

so taking it is like trying to trick your body into thinking it had already detoxified, but it hasn't, so you are down regulating that pathway.

Because you are absorbing the D3 orally, so it has to utilize a slightly different pathway via the gut-biome.

Manufacturers moved away from Warfarin which also caused internal bleeding in rodents - but it is still used as a blood thinner in Humans. Dose and body weight specific.

It's fear porn to twist the rat poison/ human D3 use. White vinegar can also be used as a weed killer - but no one ever stopped using vinegar because of that. Many different things can have multiple uses.

Unless you have a specific health issue or some pharma prescription contradiction going on - only massive long-term dosing of D3 will typically be toxic fatal (50 000 iu daily for weeks/ months).
High dose D3 supplementation can be followed with K2 to mitigate/ prevent over-calcification.

[ - ] Love240 0 points 4 monthsDec 24, 2024 13:42:31 ago (+0/-0)

This is exactly why it's bad.

The quacks think orally it's not poison because it's naturally found in the blood. Week, no, it's in the blood because of the process that creates it.

Without that process it's just an extra detoxification byproduct that is not bio available, and causes other problems.

Most adults did not need that calcium mobility. They simply don't.

[ - ] dassar -1 points 4 monthsDec 24, 2024 14:41:33 ago (+0/-1)

No - Vitamin D3 oral supplementation is not poison.

Curious what other supposed problems does it cause?.
Anything dose dependent can have negative benefit.

I'd be interested in any links / info / data explaining why D3 in blood serum from oral absorsion is a net negative.
This is legit fear porn.

[ - ] Love240 -1 points 4 monthsDec 24, 2024 14:45:12 ago (+0/-1)

I just told you, down-regulation.

Anything dose dependent can have negative benefit.

You read the ingredients and determine if YOU want to take literal rat poison or not.

Go ahead and reap your 'negative benefits'.

[ - ] dassar -1 points 4 monthsDec 24, 2024 15:01:47 ago (+0/-1)

Dude, and what evidence do you assert this claim?.

Just saying 'trust me bro' aint gonna fly.

As part of my daily supplement regime, i supplement D3 (5000iu with 200mcg K2/ Mk-7) as do many many other individuals, and have done since 2019.

At this point you are just tarding.

[ - ] Love240 -1 points 4 monthsDec 24, 2024 15:04:22 ago (+0/-1)

The evidence of cholecalciferol being the same thing.

Just saying 'trust me bro' aint gonna fly.

Just repeating 'SOURCE!' why reeeing doesn't fly either.

Go look it up, tard. I don't owe you shit.

[ - ] Trope 2 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2024 16:23:33 ago (+2/-0)

Adding copper to this.

Magnesium is chelated from the crops thanks to glyphosate. A large magnitude more, copper is also chelated. Copper is necessary for proper iron matebaolism and I suspect it is copper deficiency to blame for the rampant amount of anemia in the first world.

I’m with you on the D3. The inactive storage form will never compare to the real thing. Cod Liver Oil should have the active form. I also use a UBV lamp.

Magnesium changed my life. Calmed my mind. Made me much less Type A and far more strategic.

[ - ] Love240 2 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2024 16:29:04 ago (+2/-0)

Magnesium has been a huge boost in calmness. 👍

Does magnesium help with adhd and depression and anxiety

[ - ] Trope 2 points 4 monthsDec 23, 2024 21:49:01 ago (+2/-0)

It absolutely helped me. Not saying I had anxiety, but my thoughts were often squirrely. Developed a heart palpitation and searched far and wide for a cure. Magnesium citrate fixed it immediately and it never returned. The next day, I woke up calm as hell. Mind felt calmer.

For depression and anxiety, I can cure these strictly be getting back into a state of ketosis. Usually takes four days to start producing measurable ketones and I always feel clear headed and amazing.

Lastly, if you start lifting weights at the gym, you will feel like a brand new person within two weeks. Try combining the tactics I’ve listed and you will feel great within 4 to 14 days. Please post about your results on this website.

Don’t forget sunshine. Cod Liver Oil has the active form. Otherwise you can purchase a UVB lamp. Vitamin D3 supplements are the inactive form and I don’t think they’re as helpful as we are lead to believe.
