Shopping carts use 13mm bolts

Context:

Homeless faggots have made a parking spot for shopping carts near my house.

Today I was jogging, and I found a shopping cart parked on someone's lawn filled with christmas lighting that some hobo stole to recycle. On my way back, I grabbed that cart and wheeled it to my trash can and threw out the lights. Then I investigated the wheels and found they use 13mm bolts.

Rolled that shopping to the parking spot and removed one wheel with an impact hammer and wrench in the middle of the day. Did the same for all the other carts. Threw away the bolts and then knocked them over spilling all the garbage they held. Two hobo faggots rode by on their gay bikes looking at me but didn't approach. Wonder what the cars driving by thought of the retard with an impact hammer disassembling carts on the side of the road.

I'm going to keep doing this to every shopping cart these faggots park in my patrol area.

Return the wheel to the store and tell them where the rest of the cart is.

Those things are expensive and I assure you, they'll come and pick them back up for you to not have to see.

In fact, you can skip the impact hammer and just go to step 2

Maybe the store ought to post some cart security instead of a property tax payer having to live with the riff raff problems. But I get your concern. All costs are passed onto the consumer.

Most stores have an electronic barrier set so the wheels lock up if they take the cart too far. This is easily defeated by picking up the cart and walking it off the lot.

The shopping carts are from like 5 different stores. And they rotate every day. I don't think any employee gives a shit. I found companies online that do this, but they don't service the city in which these carts are in.

I made some reports to the stores online but I never received a reply and don't know anything was done.

So I think this is the best solution.

Maybe I should coat the handlebars with sticky insect trap goo to improve effectiveness.

I went back to conclude my operation and disable the remaining cart which had a different size bolt. Put on my full camouflage gear to blend in and also to deter people by looking scary. Wrenches in chest pocket. Pistol in side pocket. Hammer to knock out the wheels in cargo pocket.

Got to the street. Two homeless faggots yelling at each other somewhere in the distance. Observe to see if I can spot them, but they're a distance away, so I proceed. Unfortunately, the cart with the smaller bolt was removed, and a new cart deposited. I knock out the wheels with a hammer and go back for a 13mm. But unfortunately when I approach the spot there's a homeless faggot belining for the same location while yelling DURAK DURAK DURAK outloud. Durak means dumbass. Completely unstable, so I make it look like I'm just on a walk and circle the block.

I note in the distance, the other participant of the yelling, is in a t-shirt looking like he's going to camp the night on the concrete. It is 46F. I also note like 6 walmart carts parked up in a lighted spot within view of the tshirt guy.

As I circle the block I run into the screaming retard again. I cross the road to avoid him and keep walking.

Circle back to the corner of the cart parking. Decide to do a little peak around the corner of a fence to scope the spot. But there's some guy just standing over the cart. Mission failed.

Do you mean IMPACT WRENCH or IMPACT DRIVER? Assuming from OP's post, that's what he means, but maybe he got extra bangy and went with an AIR HAMMER (or pneumatic hammer, i.e. a mini jack hammer), but that would require a source of air, and I didn't see any mention of a compressor (and I'm not aware of electric versions).

Or maybe he meant a HAMMER DRILL. In any case, no one calls anything an "impact hammer" because again, that is the only way hammers work, and no one wants to sound like a redundant retard.

Or shit, maybe he meant an engineer's sledge or a claw hammer and I'm just old and out of touch with the retarded zoomers. But it sounds like a job for a cordless/airless impact wrench/driver. Carts here have a range before the wheels lock and you need a £1 coin to get the cart out the chain.

I've seen them modify the carts with bike trailers or simply hook the trailer hitch to the cart.
