Nowadays they cast their spells via their "regular schedule programming" every day. The #1 spell that they cast is called, "the nightly news".

The woman who played the hot witch wife on "bewitched" was a kikess. Her means of casting a spell was wiggling her nose.

The classic tale of the wicked witch was an old woman who had moved into a sleepy town, she seemed friendly with everyone, especially families with small children, to whom she'd distribute the candies she made (back then by dipping the fruits in honey).

She'd play games with the children and perform neat little magic tricks, just anything that would delight them and make them love her all the more, and the parents were the ones the friendly old crone had truly won over, they entrusted her to car for their kids whenever they needed a break from parenting, and she was always such a good caretaker of them, the children coming home with tales of what fun they had, lessons they had learned, games they had played, stories they were told (with her puppet shows!) and delicious food they had eaten (all homecooked with the finest of ingredients from her farm!).

Later on the children started to go missing, and the old woman was seen less often, in her place was the woman's daughter, a breathtakingly beautiful young lady, who told the townsfolk that she had come to care for her elderly mother, who was now bedridden, but that the children were always welcome to come stop by the shack and visit her, so they could catch up and recieve more candies.

As you know, the story ends by the townsfolk realizing the old lady and her young daughter were one and the same, a wicked witch who had been stealing children's blood via torturing them to death in black masses for use in rituals where she'd offer their souls up to the devil in exchange for youth and vitality, among other things.

The witchhunters hold a trial for her abductions and murders, and have the witch burned at the stake, while the parents grieve the loss of their young ones, who were lured in by the witches offer of friendship, games, and delicious homemade candies.

The story tellers often end this tale by blaming the parents for the loss of their children.
