Steam wanted me to click a box agreeing to their new terms that says they can take all my games willy nilly.

I never clicked it, they can pound sand, my steam account goes back to 2008.

It pops up everytime I open steam, and I close it.

Any changes that you don't agree to don't apply. Usually, any changes made require you to agree to the update to continue using the product, which you agree to when you buy it.
