I was sentenced to 30 days because the jew lawyer I hired did a shitty job. Literally a jew, his last name is Bernstein. He obsessively asked if I want to go to trial instead of a plea deal. It's a DUI, how do you win a trial?
I got the DUII in the stupidest way. I used Uber all night and walked home after my last stop. Was going through a bad break up and just recovered from cancer a a few months prior.
I saw a tow truck rolling around and went to go move my car on a rainy night. My car slid a bit from Fall leaves but possibly also the alcohol (No definitely), hit the fence entrance of the apartment complex I live at. Was like oh shit well just will park in my spot and tell them in the morning (200 ft away). A Karen called then cops instead of confronting me. I was already sleeping inside my place and my former friend/roommate LET the cops into our place and had me arrested. One of the biggest dipshits I've ever lived with.
So, as I am at fault and shouldn't have drove .2 miles, this is my repercussion I have to deal with.
What I'm always shocked though is that I've never seen the foreign shit skins in this country in jail as much as White people.
I have a damn good job, a good place, and my lawyer barely fought for any of those facts.
They dont rape each other in county jail. That's prison, which is only for longer sentences. When you do small time you go to county Jail.

He was issued a failure to yield ticket and had someone come pick him up. That's how it's done.

Once upon a time in my younger years I was charged with two counts of aggravated assault for beating someone's ass and threatening his friend. You get a big bond for that (couldn't pay right away as a broke kid) and they put you with the felony offenders even though technically innocent. Think face tattooed losers that have done plenty of time already. In a situation like that you have to be careful who you interact with. These guys have their own rules and games they play to try to intimidate and control people. Luckily the grand jury chose not to indict because witnesses came forward on self defense but being around all those violent losers is pretty tough, they're just really sensitive and easily offended.
There's definitely unwritten rules in there and a lot of them are unspoken unless you break them. For example, they only shit in toilets on one side of the bathroom the other side only piss. Makes sense because the toilets face each other. Another one is that there's certain shower stalls that are designated for faggots, seriously if you use the wrong one everyone thinks you're queer. Florida isn't really racially segregated, but it's still a pretty bad idea to spend all day hanging out with niggers if you're White. Nobody will beat your ass for it, but they won't play cards with you either. If you're getting out soon, keep it to yourself. Jail is a lot worse than "time out" because you are not going to prison, you're going to County. I've done minor stints... Six months for accessory after the fact, 90 days for civil disobedience - each was characterized by an overwhelmingly brown population and the realization that I needed to find constant reasons to stay away from the negros.

See my other post as to why OP is a moron, but the gist is that your lawyer doesn't want to know, nor should they ever know (or as) the details of the crime. If a lawyer asks if you're guilty (or the like) fire them immediately.
(It's a pretty big crime if they knowingly let their client lie on the stand, is the big reason. They also have to disclose certain information if you disclose it to them. So, a good lawyer will never do things like ask if you did the crime or how you did the crime.)
