I gotta tell you guys

I was struggling after a few hard days at the gym. Everything sore. Tired.

And then I fried some chicken liver.

And as soon as I took my first bite it was ecstasy. Instantly my fatigue went away. Next day my muscle aches were gone. Incredible food. If you're not eating it you're probably gay. $1.9 per LB at Winco.

Breaded chicken liver, fried with onions and a few drops Wrights Liquid Smoke (hickory). Buttered and fried bread, then generous spread of Mayo completes the sandwich. At least once every two weeks.

Added bonus: fleas and mosquitoes will hate you. No idea why. Seems to taint the blood.

I have a big problem with mosquitos singling me out. And, for that matter, all blood sucking bugs.

Caught scabies sitting next to a girl on a couch. Caught bedbugs flying on a plane. Next time I fly on a plane I'm bagging my luggage in a plastic bag. And eating liver.

Do the keto diet. The mosquitoes like the sugar in your blood so if you have high blood sugar they're going for you. Apparently also they can smell the ketones and they avoid you. Somebody has told me that since nail polish remover or nail polish I forget which one has acetone in it that they can smell that too and they think it's ketones and they'll avoid you.
