...when pulling off shit like this one had better make sure that it's 100% warranted, cause if not and it's just a vengeful reaction to a justified course of action borne of incompetence, insubordination, low productivity or virulent immorality, then there's going to be repercussions, if not in court then in other ways...bones will break when the bat comes out.

In my many years as an employer I've yet to hear one employee I've let go fail to use those exact words "I was fired FOR NO DAMN REASON!" They were ALWAYS fired for a reason. They ALWAYS knew the reason and on the very rare occasion I had to give someone a reason, they already knew it. In all my years I've NEVER fired a good employee. I've gone to ridiculous lengths to keep good employees because they were so hard to find so anyone claiming to be fired for no damn reason is either a liar or delusional. I hated firing people but it comes with the job unfortunately.

Disagree. There was a company having financial challenges. They needed to layoff some people, and not pay unemployment.

Bosses had to fire people, and lie about it - one's they actually wanted to keep.

So if a group gets fired, it's sometimes a layoff.

If just one person, that's different

I worked with a hard working guy who was fired because the boss wanted to hire his son when he moved back to town.

I was fired once because my old boss quit and the lady that replaced him was a stupid old cunt who literally marched with a pussy hat on her head and hated men. She fired me and replaced me with her incompetent daughter. Took a few months to realize her daughter was incapable of doing my job and the business shut down. I had another job later the same day I was fired.

@WhiteCollarCriminal ...I've been in the Crane Rental industry since 1980, first as an apprentice, then Journeyman, then manager and from 2002 to 2022 owned my own cranes...without good operators the cranes won't make money, I've fired 3 guys in 35 years because they deserved it, the last thing I could afford to do was fire good people...personally I think this vid is part exaggeration and part bullshit or a scare tactic by a loser who's all talk and no action, he's hoping his idle claim will worry the former boss and give him a sense of revenge.
