Verizon blocking catbox now

I had changed my DNS to a get around verizon's DNS not resolving catbox.

Now it appears they are actively blocking catbox even using an alternate DNS (site times out).

I can still use fatbox workaround but jeez the hoops you gotta jump through just to view a pic.

I worked for Verizon for about six months. Verizon is the most corrupt company I’ve ever experienced - inside and out. Lots of details on this but I’m drunk in a bar in Virginia City, so those will have to wait.

Failsafety. Catbox isnt a "website." Its a file host, for many extensions, completely raw.

I'm using dns.google and it works just fine on Verizon.

Over the past year, I've seen Verizon and Spectrum take catbox off their DNS. I guess the average person can't decide for themselves what they might consider offensive or not, so it's best to leave big decisions up to the corporate overlords. But porn doesn't face such scrutiny...

For DNS: pick 2. Use at least 2 different Primary DNS providers on devices, in case one blocks a False Positive or there's a DNS server outage, it can be checked on the other device.

Every time I've been blocked from catbox, I'll look and see that I have a video app still open in the background. Close all apps including your browser, reopen back to this site, click catbox link. It'll work. Try it.

They ain't going down. The phone just does it to you. It does it to me all the time. The fix works every time.

Just replace the "c" in a catbox link to an "f" so the domain becomes fatbox

Check that the dns numbers are correct.

I had a good bitch about it a few months back getting the same results. It wasnt a catbox or isp issue it was network comfiguration

"Verizon blocking xxx-" yep some isps do that, thats why opendns exists "-even when i use..." not how it works.
