Slept great all night then the fucker came back and started barking and woke me up in the morning.
This mp3 is from two nights ago, 2AM, guy yelling at the dog. He does something, the dog whimpers (you can't hear whimpering but I heard it), and he yells "that shit hurts doesn't it" (0:19).
These people are idiots they think they're gonna get the dog to stop barking by yelling at it and hurting it.
Also now my back yard smells like dog shit and there are flies everywhere.
I'm not waiting 7 more days and have filed a case of animal cruelty against them and I think its pretty damning evidence that somebody is yelling THAT SHIT HURTS (0:19) at a dog at 2AM and calling it a bad girl.
I've made up my mind to sue them in small claims court for $2500, the lower end limit, and adjust the price when I get to court depending on how long this goes on for.
I will be demanding:
$20 per day for daytime barking every time I go to my back yard during daylight hours
$10 per day for the smell and flies
$20 per day for quiet hour violations
my suffering is not free 😡
everything is logged with video evidence backing log items
