Done a number five day fasts, one 7 day fast. This time around, inshallah, I will go until around 10% body fat, however long that takes.

I bought a bunch of cheap beer and kept drinking it all day. Not even getting drunk I just like how it tastes and how its fizzy. Anyway, I got too fat and my pistol was printing so I had to do something about it.

So I ate all my food and then went on a fast. There's no food in the fridge. I didn't even keto for two days prior I just stopped eating. It was fine. The first three days are the toughest.

I'm just listening to my body this time around.

At first my body wanted to drink activated charcoal. So I drank a bunch of it the first two days.

Then my body wanted bentonyte clay. So I drank that for two days.

Then I wanted Zeolite. So I drank that yesterday and will again today.

I also cheat a little and drink two or three cups of coffee per day.

And I drink fasting salts with water and iodine once a day.

I was talking with gymbro about fasting and he kept worrying about losing muscle mass. So I put it to the test.

Before the fast I did 6 sets of 630lb incline leg press while high on preworkouts. Yesterday, on my 5th day, I went to the gym and did 7 sets of 630lb incline leg press without any aids.

Also I am eating MuscleTech Clear Muscle in the morning and night (if I remember) and Calcium HMB in mid-day with the fasting salts. They prevent muscles from breaking down.

Some crazy shit again tonight.

First was some sort of drug heist wherein me and some acquaintance (don't know who) had somehow innocently come across a bunch of heroin money. And we thought we got away with it until mafiosos killed us. But through our death we learned of the person who was responsible for snitching us out, and we were timelooped so we got another chance and this repeated over and over with various details and progressions in the story dying and repeating.

The next one is I was in some sort of house. I guess it was my house but way different. And we were all ghosts or something. We could see each other's faces but nobody knew who each was. And we didn't want anyone to know our identities. I guess it is kinda like this place. And, anyway, there was one guy who couldn't see at all. And he had no face. And I called him a sleepy fat fuck or something. And he got really mad and put on this crazy fist weapon over his hand and started fighting me. And then he said my name and I got really scared. And all the other ghosts were fucking with me and threatening me. So I had to run away from the house. But once I went outside I saw a bunch of people from my life, people from grade school and middle school whom I had been friendly with but they were grown up, and they were like oh shit look who it is. And they gathered around me and we all went back into the house and beat the shit out of everyone. That ended with one of those frens holding the fat sleepy fuck blind guy in a choke hold as he was trying to put on his hand weapon and me punching him in the face over and over. Fuck that sleepy fat fuck blind guy whomever that is he was a really bad dude.

And then one more dream, its kind of hazy, but I had some sort of house in some dark city with narrow streets. And I went for a walk and found a gold fish in some water bottle that was too little. And then I tried to take it home to give it a bigger water bowl. But I got lost on the way. And then a bunch of college people were all bunched up blocking the way. And I couldn't get home. So I started flying around. Then I was in a car driving home, and some granny way up ahead is drowning, and like 20 niggers ran up to help her out of the moat she was drowning in. And then I'm a lawyer for a young woman, and shes in a meeting but its some jew tricking her into being a whore, and I'm like no don't do it. But she's super happy to hear all the fucked up shit the jew is proposing and is nodding enthusiastically and even offering more. So I get disgusted with the woman and walk out leaving her doomed to her fate.

I was on crackhead patrol this late afternoon, going around the hood looking for crackhead instances to report on the 311 app. Not lacking, of course.

Anyway, I as I was walking on a public sidewalk a camera from some house started beeping at me like I'm doing something wrong, so I flipped it off. Walking back to my house, right as I get on my property, some fat nigger in a car pulls up mad about me flipping off his camera. I try to explain to him how I also have a camera and how I set up zones so it wouldn't bother people who are on the public sidewalk. But he's a nigger so he just keeps repeating the same shit over and over. So I raise my voice and cuss him out. He drives away doing a shitty 5 point u-turn while calling me a bitch ass nigga. As he's doing that I tell him I have some spare tampons inside and if he would like one. He says I'm 'scary as fuck' (in nigger speak it means that I am scared, not that I am scary). I tell him I'm right here. He says do something. I tell him come out. He drives away. Guess he was the scary one.

I'll make it a point to walk by that nigger house and flip it off more often. I just did another crackhead patrol and when I walked by that house it beeped and I flipped it off and took a picture of his license plate.

My interpretation of events is that both the camera beeping at me and me flipping it off are first amendment protected activities. However, his chasing me down in a car is stalking CPC (646.9) and criminal threats CPC (422).

Well there's the story, but I would like some advice. Should I bring this matter to the attention of the sheriff so they have a back story in case one of us ends up getting shot?

A smoking hot wamen walks into a bar and orders a drink.

While she's sitting there she notices a frog on a stool behind the bar. "What's up with that frog?" she asks the bartender. "Oh he eats pussy" the bartender replied.

He gets to her house and sure enough she's pants off and spread eagle and the frog is just sitting there.

He picks up the frog and puts it to his ear and listens. "What!?" says the bartender. "Really!?" "FINE! But this is the last time I show you!"

First he greeted the Jewish rabbi, then the Catholic cardinal, but he refused to greet the Orthodox patriarch. In a country where 90 percent are Orthodox. Why is that?
