If you really think about it the CIA influenced Congress could make milk illegal and then implement a quote drug war on milk importers and then secretly become the biggest suppliers of milk ensuring themselves another form of illicit funding while keeping the competition out in a huge milk war.

Marijuana was never really a harmful thing yet it became a very profitable Enterprise once Congress made it illegal which really is against the Constitution because people do have the rights to pursue their own pleasure in life.
And they doubled down on cocaine which became I think even more profitable
So what's the stop them from just declaring anything that's harmless like those two things were as illegal and suddenly making them a huge source of illicit undeclared profits for themselves as they continue to supply it while wiping out every other group doing it.
I mean, hell, maybe they're already doing that with like beef and raw milk and other things maybe they're already doing that and we just don't even know it yet.
