I have used the magnetic ones years and years ago, and didn't have good luck. Are they better nowadays?
Iirc there are drain plug versions, and magnetic versions.
I would like to install and not have to remove, so I would be driving with it on. Not sure if the magnetic ones would be good for that?

Niggerfaggots, I think I fucked my inner ankle up. I started jogging in October of 2023 and noticed my ankle was kinda sore, so I stopped, but continued hiking and walking a lot. Over time, I’ve had stiffness in the same ankle but just brushed it off as the beginnings of arthritis. I have a job where I’m on my feet and it has gotten to the point where I know something is definitely up. I don’t want to deal with “the system”. I have been wearing an aircast for the last few hours and it hurts worse than it did before. For reference, the last 4 days, I haven’t been walking much on it, and have been elevating and icing it.
Any suggestions? I’m currently off work and have leeway to be a gimp till February 10th.

I can only remember 3 things right now:

1 Car technology, the real white headlights and car stereo with Bluetooth hands free for phones, that really make driving more safe.

2 Bluetooth headphones with touch controls, no more need to waste time looking for the right buttons to press.

3 High speed internet, allowing to watch streaming movies in real time easily like on TV, and overall lag free connection to internet in real time.

I’m guessing it’s somewhere around 10 hours, but I might be wrong. The issue I’m dealing with is if a house sells for $1M (pretty low here in Marin County), and the commission for the agent is 3%, then it seems the agent is making $3,000 an hour.

We all know real estate agents are horrible for a number of reasons, but I’d like some more firm clarity on this on aspect of their evil. So if I’m incorrect about the number of hours an agent spends on selling a house, please let me know.
