Next time some black person says they need reparations I'm going to say you had 200 years to fix yourself and your culture and you still haven't done it and the fact that you need anything just proves you're worthless so you should be happy being able to just live here.

“We have not one witness, not one person that saw anything yet. So we’re trying to solve it on our own right now. I’m going to be polite — it’s more than frustrating.”
What’s wrong with this picture? Nine kids shot. Two remain hospitalized. Not one person in attendance is willing to cooperate with law enforcement officials, including loved ones of the victims? Ever hear of such a thing? Me neither. Until now."

The IQ of the average american in 1776 was around 10% higher than the world (the migration filter) and the IQ of the average founder and designer of the constitution was probably in the 130 or genius level. This is why a self regulating constitution worked for them and it doesn't work for a dumb population like today.
(One of the key things a smart person knows that a dumb one doesn't is that you must sometimes sacrifice your short term immediate gain for principles which serve your advancement more in the long run.)
