I have one knife with no tip. It kinda looks like short machete with grooves in it. I also have pointed knives, though.

I made a knife out of some strapping steel, some tin snips and an air sander when I couldn't find my Stanley in less than 10 minutes.

Screwdrivers are arguably more lethal given any anger.

With cheap enough chinese steel it may be a real deterrent. You could always just use a screwdriver or a hammer or a random stick sharpened with that knife though.
