Can't prove that something doesn't exist. Lack of proof isn't proof it didn't happen. Even if we had all of their bank records, people could come up with plausible ways of money being sent to them.

Belarus is like extreme dictatorships. Don't know if this true but if I was the Belarusian "president" I would be so afraid of losing the backing of Moscow that I would never in a million years make a deal with the Americans or jews.
