In his last year of work, Bruce Willis starred in several terrible direct-to-video low budget films. It was as though he was allowing every job that came his way. The question now is, who approved those roles, and why? Did Willis himself approve them, and the filmmakers took advantage of his degraded mental state to get him on board all those awful projects? Was it part of a grift from his family to squeeze a few last pennies from his acting career? Or, was it part of help at fulfilling some sort of contractual obligation to produce a certain amount of movies while he was still lucid enough to say lines? People who worked with him on those last movies reported he had serious memory problems. This wasn't an issue that came out of nowhere. His handlers knew.

I've watched those shitty Bruce Willis movies and he received millions of dollars for saying a few unconvincing lines. I would not say that is being taken advantage of.

But this does remind me of the event where he went into some store and did not mask and it made the news and then he apologized.

He was a walking vegetable when he read those lines. Rewrites had to be done because he couldn't say what was written. The man must have known his career was ending and that the final act was not going to be Masterpiece Theater. It would have been obvious to his agent as well. I'm not sure why the lack of dignity gives me pause. It was a job, not high art.

I saw a pretty crappy one that came out last year. I don’t think he stood up in the entire movie. All his scenes, he’s in a chair. It seemed like something was wrong.

But hey, he couldnt do a “good” movie— he was not up to any serious roles. These low budget flicks are willing to go to the extra effort to accomodate him so that they can put him on the marquee. They were not great movies but I would hardly call the performance humiliating.

On the other hand the Death Wish remake was pretty good. When was that? 4 years ago?

Somewhere under Nakatomi Plaza...

John McClane: "What's your name; kid?"

Argyle: "Still Argyle, sir. Didn't you have somewhere to go?"

John McClane: "Me and Teddy like it here, cause the weather outside is frightful..."

Or is this an excuse to get out of Hollywood before everyone knows how stars are made?

Bingo

What do you mean by this?

The collection of collateral blackmail via Epstein type operations!

Selling their souls to the Hollywood elites for fame, influence and money.

Doing horrific shit to children on video to make sure they will be forever obedient and say and do what they are told.

Tell me this isn’t jab related.

Go ahead. Tell me that.

The silver lining is now he'll be able to forget about the absolute monstrosities he sired with Demi Moore.

LOL! Too bad we can't forget about those god tier troglodytes from Ron Perlman and Robert De Niro.

Yeah I kind of figured that when they said he had aphasia.

I wonder if it could be related to the jab. If it was sudden onset, that would be a real possibility in my mind.

I blame ALL sudden and rare disease onsets upon the injections.

Its the only sane response given that side effects are not all known.
