I hate their knives. They aren't full tang. Every once in a while once breaks in the dishwasher the blade just falls out. I need to figure out an easy way to clean my soviet metal cutlery.

The steak knives that look just like the fork but instead of a fork its a knife. They're like 17 years old maybe they make them differently now.

Hmm. Never seen one that isn’t full shank. I’ve only had a few Cutco knives. We currently have an original 8” chopping knife, not serrated, with a wooden handle, same handle shape. My wife’s grandfather was one of the very first Cutco salesmen back in the day. Use that knife everyday. Threw out the “double D” serrated shit my mom gave me. $100 a piece. In the garbage they went.

Short ribs hell yeah. Hate to admit it but the mexican "carniciera" near me has super great seasoned short ribs
