Try a chicken thigh sliced out thin, double-dip in panko using beaten egg wash (let rest in fridge 15min), garlic powder, pepper, bacon, pesto, olive tapenade, fry in olive oil cast iron and add provolone, toast ciabatta with real mayo one side and guac single or hummus the other. Makes two.

Everything is longer fridge storage or dry or frozen ingredients.
