1. Chicken noodle soup allllll the way from scratch, including homemade noodles
2. My spaghetti sauce—beef and pork and simmered for four hours and homemade egg noodles.
3. Dolmades, Greek style (meat, rice, and spices stuffed grape leaves) with lemon sauce
4. Sautéed chicken thighs with mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and homemade gravy from the drippings with added mushrooms.
5. Meatloaf
6. Ribeye steak on the grill with “island potatoes” (sliced potatoes, butter, garlic, onion, and assorted spices cooked in a tinfoil pouch on the grill)
7. French onion soup with my homemade sourdough
8. BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches on pretzel rolls
9. “Skillets”— shredded potatoes on bottom, sautéed veggies with melted cheese in middle, poached or scrambled eggs on top
10. Salads with tons of veggies, some cheese and grilled or sautéed meat on top!

I generally don't get fancy.
Steak/Chicken on the BBQ.
Steamed veggies & rice.

Occasionally, I'll do some stew/chili in the slow cooker.

My Chicken Pepperoni is good. It's basically a deep, deep, deep dish pizza without crust.
