2. who suggests illegal activity

3. who tries to urge people to discuss "hypotheticals" that can be construed as conspiracy to commit.

4. who posts the same message over and over again in a style designed to radicalize, ostracize, or alienate either the reader from society, or moderates from the forum.

We know real-life ops have a ratio of two-thirds feds to one-third entrapees. I'd say those numbers are reversed online.

The limited number of visible regime operations against users of voat suggest to me it isn't that kind of op being run here.

If I had to guess I'd suggest voat mostly exists so some "threat analysis" company (or companies) can repackage the data for sale. Thats a big market all on its own.
Agitate a bunch of daily users of a site, see who agrees or echoes the message, and then scrape the usernames, upvotes, downvotes, collate into a profile (or package as multiple profile updates) and then sell as a subscription service to pentagon cyberwarfare NGO cutouts.

It's essentially an IO funnel, except the goal isn't really to turn us into terrorists, its to data mine for sentiment analysis and commercialization.

Just a guess, but I think it is probably a pretty close guess.

Posts like this may even be designed to try and get people to be paranoid if the regime is worried there is a prediction risk of people organizing.
