Not raw. As a pizza topping you'd want it dry braised or slightly blackened, perhaps with hot peppers. Not really appropriate for the pizza combos I used to eat. It's probably been 10 or 12 years since I last had one though, and now of course I boycott as many local masker businesses as possible. (which was all of them)

Fair enough. You can't go wrong with a good cheese pizza. I use my cast iron frying pans for deep dish pizza at home, 350g at 68% hydration makes two perfect 11" crusts. Half an ounce of olive oil per pan, press the dough out by hand, par bake it for 10 minutes at 415F on convection before adding the sauce.

I went to Japan as a foreign exchange student back in high school.
They had what they declared "American Pizza".
It was pizza with corn and shrimp on it.

Now, as an American, I had never heard of this.

But, I have to admit, it was pretty good.

I've seen sweetcorn with spicy chicken and pepper pizza but there was maybe 20 actual bits of corn so it was next to nothing.

Never seen tuna on a pizza. That sounds jank.
