Upgoat - "what's upgoat?"

Long story short. I happened to buy the Sony SRS-XB100 BT speaker, and is literally perfect. It has clear, crisp high and middle, and powerful, smooth bass sound. It's the smallest possible speaker. I paid it only $50. Its compact size and good battery allows to use it everywhere. All you need is a phone and this speaker to listen to good quality music.

When you have free time, go to try it. I can bet money that you will be blown away too by it's beautiful designa and sound.

For those of you who don't know, Caitlin Clark is the Point Guard for the WNBA Indiana Fever. She Had a fantastic Rookie season last year and set many records. The whole time, a cadre of former female players (mostly Black and Lesbian) have tried to deny that her achievement are meritorious, and, in this case: deny that they're real. Basically, it is Cultural Marxist gaslighting in which these nigger dyke scumbags are going after Clark relentlessly (because she is White and heterosexual, presumably) and try to elevate shitty Black bisexual player Angel Reese (who is not only an inferior player, but a fucking TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE player) above Clark. MEanwhile, no one gave a shit about these angry Black lesbian's shitty basketball games until Clark came and made the game more wholesome, exciting and hetero-friendly. She is basically the White, female Stephen Curry in a league full of Black lesbian bums who can't sell tickets to their shitty games.

So this piece of shit mutt is back.

Slept great all night then the fucker came back and started barking and woke me up in the morning.

This mp3 is from two nights ago, 2AM, guy yelling at the dog. He does something, the dog whimpers (you can't hear whimpering but I heard it), and he yells "that shit hurts doesn't it" (0:19).

These people are idiots they think they're gonna get the dog to stop barking by yelling at it and hurting it.

Also now my back yard smells like dog shit and there are flies everywhere.

I'm not waiting 7 more days and have filed a case of animal cruelty against them and I think its pretty damning evidence that somebody is yelling THAT SHIT HURTS (0:19) at a dog at 2AM and calling it a bad girl.

I've made up my mind to sue them in small claims court for $2500, the lower end limit, and adjust the price when I get to court depending on how long this goes on for.

I will be demanding:
$20 per day for daytime barking every time I go to my back yard during daylight hours
$10 per day for the smell and flies
$20 per day for quiet hour violations

my suffering is not free 😡

everything is logged with video evidence backing log items
