Should I leave a lady a joint?     (AskUpgoat)

submitted by obscenity to AskUpgoat 3.6 years ago

A. I am very manly.

B. I am responsible.

C. This summer I was in a rough spot and asked a random lady on the street for a glass of water which I desperately needed. Ever since I've wanted to pay her back somehow. I have a little money now and was going to get her flowers and a card and throw a joint in there.

idk if the joint is a bad idea. She was mid 40s living in a crappy apartment that's all I know. idk if she'll freak out if she seees the joint or if it'll be the be the best thing thats happened to her in a while. Was just going to leave outside her door and knock.

Bad move? This is probably a felony so there's that.

Philosophy has yet to give us tools for maximizing free will.     (TellUpgoat)

Have you ever tried to understand a philosopher? If you have you know they are completely full of shit. Their own history is a loose connection of people claiming credit for empty ideas that are generously held up as stepping stones in human thought. Really everything they say is meaningless. They're dumb. What does someone with a PhD in philosophy have in common with someone who has a PhD in HR? They don't have a PhD!

I've often admired doctors, physicists, and people with ripped abs for the free will they must possess. Imagine studying to be a Dr and for years suppressing your own desire to watch cartoons and get drunk all the time. Instead they just read. They must almost give their whole being over to the study and practice of medicine for the benefit of others (well really themselves considering how much they get paid but it's still impressive).

If we had more free will we would get so much more done as a society. We would be healthier, smarter, more productive, and better people.

This is what philosophers who are worth a damn would be figuring out. How do we insulate free will? How do we maximize free will? Does meditation help? Does getting off to a good start in the morning help? Who knows.

No mention of vaccine mandates. Let's confuse the people stupid enough to trust us by creating noise about why people are leaving their jobs these days. I guess they're leaving for all kinds of reasons. Times are carazy I guess.

These people are bastards

People often say the late 60's were the height of America. What made that time so great?     (AskUpgoat)

I simply imagine it as the U.S. having grown from a virgin land without existing wealth stagnating innovation combined with the successes of world war 2 creating an optimal society. People not hyper technical like they are today and not nearly as removed from nature as they are today. The perfect environment for pre-cyborg humanity.

But that's just me guessing. What made 1960's America so great? Was it the optimal environment for humans? Since we are fighting the globalist vision of humanity (no middle class + total domination of the lower class, etc) maybe we should have our own vision of what society should be. Maybe 1960's America would not be a bad prototype.

*One thing I agree with the globalists on is cars. We design our cities around these fucking things. They are a tax on the poor and a status symbol for everyone else. They create a truly horrific way of life when you have to spend time in rush hour traffic every day. People should still be free to go wherever they want in a car but it's gotten kind of ridiculous.*

Alternatives to reducing traffic without killing everyone?     (AskUpgoat)

submitted by obscenity to AskUpgoat 3.7 years ago

Let's be honest, we've all wanted humanity to be snuffed out while sitting in rush hour traffic. But then you get home and beat your wife a little and you come to your senses. Maybe you do a little meth. Ultimately though you realize as much as traffic reminds you of insects crawling all over each other you know killing everyone would be wrong.

I am pro freedom. I guess I'll fight to the bitter end for it. For you, me, and even the retards. But seriously why the fuck do we live in these asinine cities where you need a car to get everywhere. What is so fucking wrong with walking or riding a bike?

How would you design a city without cars without limiting personal freedom? Would the fat dumb fucks ever go along with it?

You hate the jews I know. All of them, good, bad, rich, poor, smart, dumb, whatever. You just hate the jews. Well I got news for you. That makes you a stupid fuck. Would not surprise me if voat were one big false flag petri dish and they put that hate in you in case they ever need a useful idiot. Oh but I forgot it, you have special knowledge about why the jews are bad that I could have too if only I were as well read as you. Dumbass.

For the most part I'm not impressed by famous Generals     (TellUpgoat)

Yi Sun-sin is the only one I've ever been really impressed by. You can learn more about his badassery here.

https://youtu.be/3ieaDfD_h6s

George Washington was impressive too but I think that was as much for his endurance and resilience as anything.

But Napoleon and Hannibal never seemed particularly brilliant to me, just doing the obvious or being the person they were.

IDK if any of the famous WW2 generals were amazing. Yamamoto: "let's attack them while their guard is down". OMFG Brilliant, lets talk about that like it was a brilliant strategy from a genius for a hundred years. The strategy of the allies in WW2 didn't have to be particularly brilliant on a broad scale (tell me if I'm wrong pls). Hitler stupidly overextended himself.

I'm just saying I don't think a lot of famous generals were as brilliant as they are made out to be. Napoleon in particular seems vastly overrated. Wow, he charged into battle a couple times and that motivated his men. Then he proceeded to get all his men killed and get his ass beat repeatedly.

Probably lots of StarCraft players are better strategists than many famous generals.

Oh and obviously general Milley is a total mastermind.

Schwarzkopf: "We have a vastly superior force". Brilliant!

So you've called your rep, went to a few protests or rallies (not Rallys, lol), bought a whole bunch of bullets you'll never shoot at anyone, signed a few petitions, maybe did a PTA or city council, tried to wake up normies with well sourced information (and found that shit don't work at all), you got your ham radio operators license, you have a big fancy bug out plan that will fall apart instantly when they put up checkpoints and you cant buy gas, you even sacrificed your well being for your principals.

But shit aint changed nigga, lol 😂😂😂😆.

So what's your big plan now hero? Are you going to sneak into the grocery store at night and replace the toys in cereal boxes with covid fact sheets to redpill the youth? Good luck with that.

What do you think about deer hunting?     (AskUpgoat)

submitted by obscenity to AskUpgoat 3.7 years ago

We all eat slaughtered animals. We're just removed from that reality. Their flesh is a product to us. People don't even make the mental connection between what they're eating and the animal. It's actually kind of sick. I am guilty too.

As part of my plan to become more based I am thinking about learning how to hunt. I know there is an argument to be made for hunting in that the wild animal lives a much better life than a factory farmed animal but I've also seen documentaries that show intelligence and a true sense of grief when a doe loses her fawn. I know you don't hunt fawns but my point is they are not mindless creatures. I've heard hunting helps control their population so that is one thing that is reasonable imo.

But as for actually killing the thing. I don't know if I have it in me. People love hunting. Why? I honestly believe there is an element of sadistic joy in some modern hunters. The Nuge talked about how people would be less mentally ill if they got their hands in a gut pile every now and then. I don't know how to process that without some element of sadism. Looking the animal in the eye that you just shot and grabbing it by the horns as though its own body belongs to you now (which it does). It's just all kinds of fucked up.

...... thoughts?

Could diametrically opposed black holes be used for long term data storage?     (AskUpgoat)

submitted by obscenity to AskUpgoat 3.7 years ago

If you shoot photons around the space time distortion of a black hole you can have them redirected back at you (check my physics on this. i guess you could say it's just a hypothesis for now). But if you used a second black hole to boomerang the photons back at the first black hole you would have effectively stored the information contained in your sequence of photons.

-2
The best way to store information long term would be to boomerang high powered radio waves around a black hole and wait for them to come back 100,000 years later.     (TellUpgoat)

This is why SETI should pay close attention to the black hole at the center of our galaxy.
