Big Fat Greek Yogurt fan here.

I found when I cut out all dairy from my diet, I felt much better. If I have dairy, i’m unusually tired the next day with eyes dry. I like to suggest everyone try omitting dairy and seeing if it helps them. Assuming you’re already eating a healthy diet rich in animals.

just make your own yogurt, you need some yogurt to start and some milk to make more.
