I'm starting to think that Indians are dumber than Africans     (AnonTalk)

I'm a waiter. I have to deal with a lot of different people and maintain graceful conversations even with people who struggle with that themselves no matter how bad it is. Just an FYI, all waiters are racist. We have to be. We have to anticipate people's needs and how they might miscommunicate what they want and direct conversation in ways that subtly makes up for that, because when we don't our lives get harder. You may think that's strange. Just put into the computer what people tell you. With you that might be that simple. For 80% of our customers it might be. But not for everyone. Our skills are not in interact with you. That doesn't take skill. It's in directing conversation to a productive end with people far far less reasonable than you. And that's very often not white people. And the subtleties are always race informed. Therefore every skilled waiter must be racist.

Now I know you are thinking you sure are asking too much of your customers. That if I claim that some people fail at being a customer I must have some high felutant expectations of what customers are supposed to do. No. I've had 4 year olds order from me, just fine. What I'm saying is that being a waiter wakes you up to just how broad the range of human ability is, to the point that some people actually struggle with something as easy as ordering food. And per the Perado principle 80% of customers are completely normal, but 80% of my time is spent with the 20% who aren't, hence why when time is an important factor knowing how to deal with these people in a strategic manner is such a significant emphasis. Now there are high maintenance people, but to be honest those people are responsible for only about 1/5th of my headaches and often delivering what they need isn't that complicated so it's really not a major headache. The larger portion of headaches is in dealing with actual retarded people. If you come to a restaurant go ahead and be high maintenance. Ask for what you want. In the end you aren't giving me a headache to any degree matching what I deal with otherwise. If you're happy I'm happy so ask for what you want.

So what do these people struggle with? Reading a menu. Asking for things that they will actually enjoy once they are made. Understanding that it's not appropriate to reserve a large party 30 minutes before close, showing up with only two of you 20 minutes later than you said, having your friends show up well, well, well after that, and then expecting a kitchen to still be running. Understanding that if I ask you if you have any dietary restrictions that's your opportunity to tell me you're vegetarian/vegan/don't eat beef/don't eat pork/have allergies before I bring out things for you to try. Knowing how to communicate with someone at all (and language barrier isn't the issue because I manage to take care of Mexicans who know zero English at all and somehow it works out).

Now blacks only perform slightly worse at these things than the average person. Particularly they suck at the "asking for things they will actually enjoy once made." Very picky eaters. I don't want no beans on those nachos. No pico. No tomatoes at all. And ew, don't really want that guacamole. No Jalapenos. Ends up shocked that they didn't enjoy a giant plate of dry tortilla chips with cheese melted onto them. End up having to remake something for them. But that's about as bad as they get.

Indians take the cake. They fail at everything, to spectacular degrees, all at once, every single one of them, every time. I am now convinced that every stereotype of stupidity we apply to Africans actually applies to Indians to a larger degree. I've had Indians ask for an item, modify it 13 ways until it wasn't that item at all, all because it had the word delux in the title and they wanted to feel special. If a black person did that I would think, are you mentally retarded. But if an Indian does it, oh, they're just Indian. And this isn't once I've had that happen. I've had exactly that happen to me on repeat. Here is the truth about Indians. They aren't as violent as niggers, but are as dumb if not dumber. You think of them as intelligent because being the niggers that they are they are scam artists. Who are the two biggest tele-scammers in the world. Nigerians and Indians. Nigerians pretend to be princes. Indians pretend to be geniuses. Because you believed them you assume there must be something intelligent about them, and the few things that don't seem to jive with the claim must be cultural differences. No. After see how these people fail to grasp basic social concept. After seeing them fail to have any logistical sense in doing something as simple as trying to meet their friends at a restaurant. After seeing them fail to adapt to other cultures in ways I've seen every other kind of foreigner pull off. After seeing them fail at something as simple as reading a menu that I've seen people who don't even speak English manage to pull off. I am convinced they are dumber than Africans by a large large degree. They don't even grasp basic sanitation concepts that Africans can understand.

When you see Indians treat them as dumber than niggers. See how they react. If they don't like it then fine. Be unshaken in your understanding of the truth. Don't believe Nigerians are princes. Don't believe that Indians have intelligence.

And you may think, but the ones in IT must have some ability. I'm taking care of the same Indians. What I'm saying is that seeing their inability to generally function at life, any business that has given them control over anything critical, only God could save that business from doom. These people can't figure out how a restaurant menu works. You are going to give them control over critical parts of businesses with billion dollar market caps? You have reached the greatest depth of clown world. If you want reduced price unqualified labor, you would be better hiring white waiters with zero education than hiring pajeets. Have you tried hiring white college drop outs? I promise you will have a better experience than Indains. You'd be better off hiring niggers considering I've seen both's basic reasoning skills. You work with them and think they're just funny. No, they're just stupid. Stepping away from IT and being able to evaluate them on the real basics reveals that.

It is a scam. I am 76 yo and have had my teeth cleaned the same way for most of my life. There was no differentiation between above and below the gum line. The hygienist just cleaned as needed. About 10 years ago dentists discovered they could separate the cleanings and charge more for "deep cleaning" Here is a letter from a registered dental hygenist to DentistryIQ a RDH Journal. I had to copy the letter because they won't let me post a link.

Dear RDH eVillage:

I have been a dental hygienist for 25 years. I truly love what I do, have not gotten burnt out, and am a young-looking 48-year-old. I live in a town where there is a community college with a hygiene program that graduates students yearly, so the competition is fierce as far as jobs are concerned and jobs are far and few between.

I would like to know what is happening to dentistry these days? I know that, since I have been out of school, many advancements and changes have been made. But it seems all of the offices where I have worked at lately are unethical and all they care about is making money and not about the patients' true needs.

My main concern is that this 4941 root plane and scale code (RPS) is truly being overused and overcharged. I can't begin to tell you how many times a patient is sent to my chair with a diagnosis of RPS without being probed. I start probing and may get a few 4's and the patient is diagnosed as four quads of RPS at $200 a quad. Or bone loss is seen on the films and nine out of 10 times it is due to the fact that bone loss is due to grinding and/or clenching, or they have a history of perio disease that is now being maintained in a healthy state. Therefore, there is usually nothing to scale.

I won't do a procedure that I truly feel in my heart is not needed. For one, I can lose my license, and, second, I truly am an ethical, honest person. If I take this to the doctor, they say I am not complying and I must do what they say. This puts me in an uncomfortable position, and I usually end up getting fired over the new graduates who will comply.

I am not against RPS if it is truly needed. But I feel a lot of times the patient needs a gross debridement first and then a fine scale and polish — and they are usually fine. There is no need for anesthetic and to charge so much even when a slight bit of subcalculus (radiographic or not) is present. And what is wrong with just charging one quad of scaling instead of four quads, if there are eight teeth or less involved in the whole mouth?

I just feel that if a person is being charged $200 a quad, there better be some major sub calc and bone loss involved. You cannot RPS without roots. Also, I have been told if a patient has had RPS, they need to be on a perio maintenance code forever. I feel most RPS are misdiagnosed anyway. After all is said and done, they usually have a disease-free mouth and I put them back on a regular prophy 1110 and was told this cannot be done. Meanwhile, they are getting charged so much more for a perio prophy when I am doing nothing more than a 1110.

I currently work one day a week in an office that caters mainly to mentally challenged patients in group homes. If you want to talk RPS, all of them need it. They barely get a toothbrush in their mouth. But unfortunately, because of limited state funding, I must do the best job I can for these patients. Not all dentists and hygienists could deal with these patients on a daily basis, but I wish some of them could experience what I do to truly see what a true RPS is instead of trying to rip off normal patients each day.

As you can tell by now, I am truly fed up and disgusted with how dentistry is being done these days. Everything seems to be based on production, production, production. I know dentists are out to make a profit, but base it on the patients' true needs, not on the needs of your pocketbook.

I was brought up being told that honesty is the best policy and to live by the golden rule — to treat people the way you want to be treated. If more dentists followed this rule, I guess I would have a full-time dream job by now, but my hopes just get diminished.
