Planting out the veggie patch with potatoes proved a bit of a fizzer 'cos the missus found it easier to use supermarket spuds. It was hurtful, damn hurtful not to have her support.

And I had a large plastic tub full of small"fruit boxes" (juice) that had use-by date of 2020 and when I had some they tasted of cardboard! Very disappointing.

I'm hoping my big plastic (unopened) containers of water are still reasonably ok in a real emergency but I'm resigned to simply dying if war comes to town.

A striking bird, lovely whooping sound, but an absolute demon in the garden. Gobbles up new seedlings. I wasn't sure if it was the bird eating my new dwarf beans or slugs or both. Anyway...the beans seem to be growing ok.

So the gov'ment has declared that in the wake of those problematic riots that happened because Amazon doesn't have enough checks on knife purchases (and no other reason at all your honour) - that a greater emphasis and stronger regulation is going to be placed on "online communication and messages"

Can you tell where this is going yet?

When you interact with an online ai - you are for the purposes of law sending a message.

If that AI is learning, and it may absorb those ideas and share then with others... Like they all fucking do...

Or if it is likely that a person or persons will end up reading that 'message' (regardless of your intent or realisation of the fact)

Then the threshold could be passed for prosecution.

This means you could potentially be jailed for engaging in conversion with ai about wringthink topics, or state anything as fact, that the gov has decided is otherwise
