Done a number five day fasts, one 7 day fast. This time around, inshallah, I will go until around 10% body fat, however long that takes.

I bought a bunch of cheap beer and kept drinking it all day. Not even getting drunk I just like how it tastes and how its fizzy. Anyway, I got too fat and my pistol was printing so I had to do something about it.

So I ate all my food and then went on a fast. There's no food in the fridge. I didn't even keto for two days prior I just stopped eating. It was fine. The first three days are the toughest.

I'm just listening to my body this time around.

At first my body wanted to drink activated charcoal. So I drank a bunch of it the first two days.

Then my body wanted bentonyte clay. So I drank that for two days.

Then I wanted Zeolite. So I drank that yesterday and will again today.

I also cheat a little and drink two or three cups of coffee per day.

And I drink fasting salts with water and iodine once a day.

I was talking with gymbro about fasting and he kept worrying about losing muscle mass. So I put it to the test.

Before the fast I did 6 sets of 630lb incline leg press while high on preworkouts. Yesterday, on my 5th day, I went to the gym and did 7 sets of 630lb incline leg press without any aids.

Also I am eating MuscleTech Clear Muscle in the morning and night (if I remember) and Calcium HMB in mid-day with the fasting salts. They prevent muscles from breaking down.

They also basically said it could never grow because it allowed free speech? Are younger people that brainwashed? These are smart kids college degrees jobs but not liberal because of their university days... it was like freedom to say what you want... to them was bad

My background is now exactly 20 years full time programming.
I'm currently a senior developer on a good income.

And I am posting this to tell of the change.

The latest ai model, claude sonnet 4, plus visual studio code agent mode. Has made software developers obsolete.

It can code more in an hour than i can in a week. Trust me, i did not want this to be true. It aggrieved me to see years of study so casually outshone.

What does the future hold?
Developers will migrate into "AI editors " roles or be sacked. Running multiple AI at once. Relegated to system architects and supervisors.

So seniors like me are in a good place. Intermediates and juniors are fucked.

My prediction is that we will witness many thousands of developers laid off. 1 senior will do the work of an entire team.

The market will get flooded with new saas built in weeks as opposed to years it took competitors.

I have begun my transistion from the dead industry to the new.
I recommend all fellow upgoat devs start immediately to do the same.

They attacked the USS Liberty, they demolished the WTC, they interrupted USA-Iran talks with attacks, and now they refuse to let USA citizens evacuate.
