Done a number five day fasts, one 7 day fast. This time around, inshallah, I will go until around 10% body fat, however long that takes.
I bought a bunch of cheap beer and kept drinking it all day. Not even getting drunk I just like how it tastes and how its fizzy. Anyway, I got too fat and my pistol was printing so I had to do something about it.
So I ate all my food and then went on a fast. There's no food in the fridge. I didn't even keto for two days prior I just stopped eating. It was fine. The first three days are the toughest.
I'm just listening to my body this time around.
At first my body wanted to drink activated charcoal. So I drank a bunch of it the first two days.
Then my body wanted bentonyte clay. So I drank that for two days.
Then I wanted Zeolite. So I drank that yesterday and will again today.
I also cheat a little and drink two or three cups of coffee per day.
And I drink fasting salts with water and iodine once a day.
I was talking with gymbro about fasting and he kept worrying about losing muscle mass. So I put it to the test.
Before the fast I did 6 sets of 630lb incline leg press while high on preworkouts. Yesterday, on my 5th day, I went to the gym and did 7 sets of 630lb incline leg press without any aids.
Also I am eating MuscleTech Clear Muscle in the morning and night (if I remember) and Calcium HMB in mid-day with the fasting salts. They prevent muscles from breaking down.
⚠️ 10 Signs You’re Being Spiritually Scammed (How to Spot Deception Disguised as Revelation) “Test everything; hold fast what is good.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:21
1. 📖 The Message Contradicts or Ignores Scripture If a person’s vision, prophecy, or teaching doesn’t align completely with the Bible—or they add “new revelations”—it’s not from God.
🔴 “God told me something not in the Bible...”
2. 💰 They Sell What God Supposedly Showed Them If you must buy a book, course, or “anointed object” to access the full message, it’s a scam.
🔴 “Buy my book to find out what Jesus told me...”
3. 👑 They Become the Center of Attention, Not Christ True messengers decrease while Christ increases (John 3:30). If the focus shifts to the prophet’s “special calling,” run.
🔴 “I’m the only one Jesus chose to deliver this...”
4. 😢 They Use Tears and Drama to Cover Weak Theology Emotionalism is often used to manipulate. Even false prophets can cry.
🔴 “He cried so much... he must be telling the truth.”
5. 🤯 Their Experiences Are Sensational, Not Scriptural Talking flowers, Jesus without a body, pets in heaven, or meeting Old Testament saints in a coffee shop? These are fairy tales.
🔴 “Heaven has chocolate waterfalls and Jesus hugs trees...”
6. 🔄 Their Story Changes Over Time Truth doesn’t evolve. If someone adds new “memories” or contradictions appear, the whole thing is suspect.
🔴 “I just remembered something new from my vision 10 years ago...”
7. 👻 They Emphasize Fear, Secrets, or Superstition Be wary of fear-based messages: “3 days of darkness,” “secret Marian warnings,” or needing holy objects to be safe.
🔴 “You need these blessed candles when the demons come...”
8. ⚖️ They Lack Accountability to a Solid Church A true prophet submits to leadership and correction. Lone wolves with YouTube channels and zero oversight are dangerous.
🔴 “Churches didn’t understand my calling, so I went independent...”
9. 💔 The Fruit of Their Ministry Is Confusion, Not Holiness True revelation leads people to love Christ more and live in repentance and obedience.
🔴 “People are more obsessed with the visions than with Scripture.”
10. 🧠 They Discourage Testing or Questioning Their Message God welcomes discernment (Acts 17:11). If you’re told to “just believe” or “don’t touch the Lord’s anointed,” be cautious.
🔴 “If you doubt me, you're grieving the Spirit...”
🛡️ Stay Grounded in Truth God doesn’t speak in riddles, chaos, or contradictions. He speaks through Scripture, by the Holy Spirit, exalting Christ alone.
“If they do not speak according to this word, it is because they have no light.” — Isaiah 8:20
When he went viral with his song, there were many posts here that made me believe he was indeed: jew, jew related, jew bought, control opposition, anything related to fake. There were links and I fell for it. I thought he indeed sold his soul to the devil (jews). Well. It's easier to fool someone than to convince him he was fooled. I was fooled. So were you. Now you know. Here is a summary of what happened, he was a down to earth guy. He became viral, jews were offering millions upon millions for his soul.. He asked Joe rogan. Joe rogan said: "do not sign anything.. They will own you and everything you do, remain free, go independent." He did, his wife was pissed that he could make way more money.. She decided to divorce him and tried to get even more than 50/50. He divorced her, gave that bitch what she asked and wrote a new good song "scorn of a woman" or something. He is still independent. He is not jew-owned at the moment. I was wrong. You were wrong. Not sure if it was bots or feds or assholes. Doubt things even from this website. I'm not very fan of the new song but the lyrics are great.
If you don't know how this works, click this link.. If you already know what's going on, you probably don't need to. That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Upgoat.net go down.
NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, ask a regular participant (such as @TheRealBuddha or myself)
If you already know what's going on, you probably don't need to click any of those links. You can still visit to see if any changes have been made, as that's also where we kept the archives and have a second forum.
By the way, we're down to just two of us. If you want to help, let us know.
But jews have brainwashed everyone with the belief that eugenics means killing the weak and undesirable. It does not. Eugenics can be as simple and non invasive as preferential treatment for high quality people.
