I have a field that's rutted up purdy good. I don't know what caused it. Hogs or the rain, but the ruts are kinda rolling. How do I level this field without adding topsoil? Is there a way? Have tractor. Many implements. Would get others if it seems like it'd work.
Previously, the party was only declared as a “suspected case,” with this new designation paving the way for not only a ban but also mass surveillance of the entire party, including all its members.
